    Warranty FAQ

Does the Limited Warranty transfer to a new owner if I sell my equipment?

Yes. Either the old owner or the new owner will need to inform CRYONiQ about the transfer of ownership before the Warranty rights can be fully exercised. The validity and duration of Warranty are not affected by the transfer of ownership.

What if I don’t provide required information or choose not to service my equipment?

The Limited Warranty requires the owner/operator to follow instructions during troubleshooting and fulfill the authorized technicians requests for evidence related to the service issue. Not complying with this requirement may lead to limitations on the product Warranty or in some cases to Warranty voidance.
